Service Delivery Methodology

TEMPlar’s scribing role is to provide professional support to clients undertaking recruitment processes in order to ensure that these selection processes are ‘water tight’ and adhere to the Merit Principle as described by the Australian Public Service (APS) Commission.

TEMPlar offers a great variety of scribing services to assist the Selection Committee in their processes. The principal service offered is the provision of senior, experienced scribing consultants who are responsible for recording Selection Advisory Committee (SAC) interviews, discussions and decisions to enable the preparation of high quality and legally binding selection reports.

TEMPlar also assist the Selection Committee with other services such as:

Short Listing Applications
Scheduling interviews
Preparing interview questions
Aciting as Committee Chair or Panel Member
Provision of constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates
General process administration including receipt of applications, preparation of folders, letters to successful and unsuccessful candidates
Training SAC's and preparing candidates for interview
Minute taking
