I'm from Crawford Catering and recently we used the services of TempLar to staff our operations as apart of the Canberra 100 Bubbly Bars. We cater events all over the country. We often staff these events ourselves and on occasion we use the service of temp agencies. I felt I had to get in contact to give you some feedback - The level of service provided by the Templar team was outstanding. When I first met Sylvia Elix and Lennie Kehm in January they went out of their way to come and meet me in Forrest. They took the time to listen to the expectation Crawfords had from their staff and were already thinking about who they would send that would be best fit for purposes. During the preparation Sylvia was my point of contact. As the nature of Crawfords involvement with the event grew and grew Sylvia and I quickly began a regular email and phone exchange of our staffing requirements. Changes, final changes and final final changes!

Sylvia took this all in her stride, she made it happen and it was never too much trouble. She made herself available at what seemed like any time of day. Staff were also great and where the fit didn't quite work with the team, Sylvia adjusted the roster to suit. You couldn't have asked for a better liaison. We worked with Debbie on an event day, who did a great job of coordinating Templar staff. Overall our dealings with Templar were exemplary and we at Crawford Catering are very grateful.
